aPictureStory Digital Photography is an experienced wedding photography company. You and your family have so much to do before the special day; we would like to make things less stressful for you. With that being said, we promise to take every picture you would want, and then some. Each package includes; 2 professional photographers, 1 year of web-hosting, and a FREE engagement portrait session. We GUARANTEE we will take care of you on your special day, and after. You will have a fantastic "Picture Story!"
The Wedding Photography Packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We bundle our Wedding Photography Packages based on past demand, but we are always willing to custom tailor the wedding photography package to your personal tastes. Call us to discuss your preferences and special requests.
Elopement - $400. (Engagement session not included)
Intimate Ceremony - suggested up to 20 guests - 2 hrs. - $750.
Ceremony, Family & Friends - up to 40 guests - 3 hrs. - $1125.
Ceremony & Celebration - 5 hrs. - $1500.
All day Coverage - $2200

Travel
We are always happy to travel to your chosen destination. Charges for travel outside the Denver metro area are added to your package price. All Wedding Photography Packages include travel within a 40-mile radius of Broomfield, Colorado 80020 - outside of the 40 mile radius we charge $0.40 per mile and $40 per hour of travel time. For Destination Weddings, the client is responsible for all travel expenses including; flights, accommodation, meals, transport, etc.

• No part of any order, print or online, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
• If there are any changes in the schedule, notify us immediately. We suggest you call aPictureStory 2 - 3 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm all arrangements.
• It is understood that aPictureStory is the exclusive, official photographer retained to perform the photographic services requested on this contract.
• In the event of a postponement or cancellation of the Wedding Photography Contract, the retainers paid are not refundable.
• aPictureStory takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, digital processing, lab processing, and delivery of photographic proofs, reprints, enlargements, and digital images. However, in the event that aPictureStory fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of aPictureStory, then aPictureStory llc liability is strictly limited to the refund of any deposit or retainer.
• Legal Release & Notice of Copyright: All photographs are copyrighted to and remain the property of aPictureStory llc, which retains the exclusive license and reproduction rights for use in promotional and advertising venues. It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce (digitally, photographically, with the assistance of a third party lab, or by any other unspecified means) these photographs elsewhere without the Photographer's express written permission. Violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties, and aPictureStory llc will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. By utilizing the photographic services of aPictureStory llc., the client releases all digital images with the client’s likeness to be used in marketing collateral materials, magazine ads, and any other future promotion or publication purposes not specified here. Clients further grant the right and permission to use and/or publish said digital images, either in original or computer-altered format, in conjunction with client’s own or a fictitious name, in any reproduction through any media for any purpose, forever. Clients release and discharge aPictureStory llc., and/or its representatives and affiliates, in whole or in part, from and against any liability and harm as a result of any use of said digital photos, or any alteration which may occur intentionally or otherwise, in the reproduction of the finished product, its publication or distribution. This copyright excludes anyone except aPictureStory llc. from making identical or substantially similar copies of the work, from creating adaptations or derivatives of the original work, from re-selling the work in any way, and from displaying the work publicly or as a for-profit marketing/advertising technique.
